1. Pricing and Late Payment Penalties
    • Standard Pricing: Our service prices are outlined on our website or provided during booking. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
    • Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Late Payment Surcharge: Any invoice not paid within 30 days of the date of issue will be subject to a 25% late fee on the total outstanding balance. Further interest may be charged at the maximum rate permitted by law for every month the balance remains unpaid.
    • Debt Recovery: The Client shall be responsible for all costs incurred by Lavrics Chauffeurs in the recovery of any unpaid invoices, including legal fees and collection agency commissions.

  2. Cancellations and No-Shows
    To protect our schedule and chauffeur availability, the following charges apply to cancellations:
    • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund (minus a small administrative processing fee, if applicable).
    • 12 to 24 hours notice: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
    • Less than 12 hours notice or No-Show: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
    • Note: Special events or multi-car bookings may have stricter cancellation windows which will be communicated at the time of booking.

  3. Waiting Time and Stops
    • Grace Period: We provide a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes for standard pickups and 45 minutes for airport pickups (from the time the flight lands).
    • Extended Waiting: After the grace period, waiting time will be billed in 15-minute increments at our current hourly rate.
    • Extra Stops: Any stops not specified in the original booking will incur a minimum charge of £20 (or local currency equivalent) per stop, plus any additional mileage.

  4. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning
    • Damage: The Client is 100% responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by themselves or their guests (e.g., cigarette burns, spills, or broken fixtures).
    • Cleaning Fee: If the vehicle requires professional deep cleaning due to the conduct of the passengers (including, but not limited to, sickness or excessive staining), a minimum Cleaning Fee of £150 will be charged immediately to the payment method on file.

  5. Client Conduct and Safety
    • Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately, without refund, if the chauffeur feels threatened or if passengers engage in illegal activities, abusive behavior, or fail to comply with safety regulations (e.g., wearing seatbelts).
    • Capacity: We cannot carry more passengers than the vehicle is legally insured for.
